1- Mechanical Design Engineer
|1-Minimum 1 year experience. 5+ years preferred|
|2-Fluent in Solidworks and MATLAB|
|3-Speak Fluent English|
|4-Ability to work well independently as well as on a team|
|6-Expertise in aerodynamics/fluid flow|
|7- Expertise in stress analysis, heat transfer|
|8-Expertise in Materials science|
|9-Expertise in Spring/Damper systems|
|10-Experience in purchasing and/or sales|
|1-candidates proficient at Setting up CNC Lathes, Mill or Swiss Machinist|
|2-Able to making offsets, tool changes and troubleshooting machine issues.|
|3-Programming at the machine or using Mastercam, SurfCAM or GibbsCAM software is a strong plus but not required.|
|4-Qualified candidates should have 3-7 years Start to finish machining on CNC Milling or Turning.|
|5-Maintain an organized and clean work area|
|6-Actively support lean production and follow Company’s Quality Standards |
|7-We do have a very strong commitment to produce ultra precise parts in world class quality, Perform quality control utilizing with measuring equipment to identify and resolve quality issues.
| Working with CNC-milling or -turning machines is an absolut must, Good inter-personal skills and ability to use a computer and standard software packages are a plus. Must be able to effectively work independently and in a team environment with minimal supervision.
