Precision Manufacturing Process

Our products are manufactured in a controlled environment using advanced CNC machining, precision grinding, and proprietary porous media processes. Each component is produced to tight tolerances to ensure consistent performance, high stiffness, and ultra-low friction in demanding applications.

We inspect all critical dimensions and performance characteristics at multiple stages of production using advanced metrology equipment. Our inspection processes follow ANSI/ASQ Z1.4-2008 and MIL-STD-105E standards to ensure every component meets or exceeds specification before delivery.
