OAV Linear Slide Assemblies deliver ultra-precision motion by eliminating friction through non-contact air bearing technology. Using a porous carbon air bearing and precision-ground guide rail, these systems provide exceptional smoothness, stiffness, and repeatability—down to nanometer-level accuracy.
At the core is OAV’s porous media technology, which creates a uniform layer of pressurized air for consistent, efficient performance and long-term reliability. The result is a durable, low-maintenance solution ideal for demanding precision applications.
Available in both motorized (direct drive) and non-motorized configurations, OAV linear guides offer flexible integration for new or existing systems.
