CONFIDENTIALITY NOTE

By accessing and entering the OAV analytics data page, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions concerning the confidentiality of the information, product and service drawings, and files contained within.

Confidential Information: You acknowledge that all information, drawings, files, and documents relating to OAV Air Bearing's products and services (the "Confidential Information") accessed or viewed on the Website are the exclusive property of OAV Air Bearing and are considered proprietary and confidential.

Limited Access: Access to the Confidential Information is granted solely for the purpose of conducting business with OAV Air Bearing or evaluating OAV Air Bearing's products and services for potential collaboration. Any other use or disclosure of the Confidential Information is strictly prohibited.

Non-Disclosure: You agree not to disclose, reproduce, copy, or distribute the Confidential Information to any third party without the prior written consent of OAV Air Bearing. You further agree to take all reasonable steps to protect and maintain the confidentiality of the Confidential Information and to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, or use.

Return or Destruction of Confidential Information: Upon the request of OAV Air Bearing, or at the termination of your access to the Website, you agree to promptly return or destroy all Confidential Information in your possession, including any copies or reproductions, and to certify in writing that such Confidential Information has been returned or destroyed.

Liability: You understand that any unauthorized use, disclosure, or distribution of the Confidential Information may cause significant harm to OAV Air Bearing, and you agree to be held liable for any damages, losses, or expenses incurred by OAV Air Bearing as a result of any unauthorized use or disclosure of the Confidential Information.

By clicking "Accept" where needed or accessing any portion of the Website, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Confidentiality Note. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, do not access or use the Website or any Confidential Information contained therein.

SHIPPING

All orders are subject to verification before shipment. We work hard to ensure that the products listed on our website are in-stock and immediately available, but occasionally unexpected backorders may occur. The customer will be notified in such cases.

Backordered items will be shipped as soon as they become available. Any shipping costs will be billed according to the shipping method chosen at the time of order.

We make every effort to ship all in-stock items within 1–2 business days after your order is placed, excluding holidays. After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email shipping confirmation that may include any applicable tracking numbers. All delivery times are estimates, and while we do everything in our power to ensure timely delivery, we cannot guarantee a specific arrival date. Please keep this in mind if time is critical.

Customers may choose to ship using their own shipping account, or have OAV bill the shipping costs directly to them. We can accommodate any carrier and shipping speed requested by the customer, provided the shipping method is communicated at the time of order.

Shipping fees are not refundable. Please remember that you are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise communicated.

PAYMENT TERMS

Custom and standard jobs must be paid upfront. Customers with approved credit may pay within 30 days (Net 30) from the invoice date, unless otherwise approved for an exception. Certain customers, such as our close distributors, may receive special payment terms allowing payment after product receipt, as agreed in writing.

Payment is required to proceed with production and shipment unless otherwise approved.

ERRORS OR DAMAGES

In the unlikely event that we have inadvertently sent you a faulty air bearing or you have received damaged goods, please notify us immediately. We will reimburse you for the cost of returning the package to us and will not charge you for the shipping cost of repair or replacement goods.

If we find the product has been tampered with and you still would like the product replaced, it will void the warranty, and you would need to make a new purchase.

RETURN POLICY

We care about our customers' applications and our quality. Our standard policy is Assemble-To-Order (ATO). Air Bearings are highly precise products—returned items must be disassembled for complete inspection and then reassembled.

For that reason:

Standard items returns are subject to an 80% restocking fee.
Custom items are non-returnable.
Returns are accepted only in the event of material or workmanship defects.
We will accept returns if you need to return a product to order a customized replacement.
Shipping costs for returns not due to our error will not be covered.

TICKETING

For any returns, errors, damages, or other issues, we provide an RMA and open a ticketing support system. You can follow up at any time by emailing support@oavco.com with your RMA in the subject line.
