All orders are subject to verification before shipment. We work hard to ensure that the products listed on our website are in-stock and immediately available, but occasionally unexpected backorders may occur. In this case, backorders will be shipped as soon as they become available at no extra cost to you. You will be notified about backordered items within 48 hours and will have the option to cancel the item. We make every effort to ship all in-stock items within 2-3 days after your order is placed, excluding holidays. After your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail shipping confirmation that may include any applicable tracking numbers. We ship via UPS unless otherwise requested. Please allow 7-10 business days in transit for delivery. Please note that days in transit begin on the next business day following shipping confirmation. All delivery times are estimates, and while we do everything in our power to ensure you receive your purchase in a timely manner, we

ERRORS OR DAMAGES
In the unlikely event that we have inadvertently sent you a faulty air bearing or you have received damaged goods, please notify us immediately. We will reimburse you the cost of returning the package to us and will not charge you for the shipping cost of repair or replacement goods.If we find the product has been tampered with and you still would like the product replaced it will void the warranty and you would have to make a new
We care about our customer's application and our quality. Our standard policy is (ATO) assemble-to-order policy. Air Bearings are a highly precise product - returned items must be disassembled for complete & full inspection, and then reassembled. For that reason, standard items return 80% restocking fee apply, and there is no return on custom items. Returns are only accepted in the event of material or workmanship defect. We will accept returns if you need to return the product to order a replacement that is customized. We will not cover shipping costs on returns that are not due to our error.
With any returns on errors, damages, or anything else we will provide you with an RMA and open a ticketing support system where you can follow up at any time by emailing email@example.com with your RMA in the subject line.
