Founded in 1964, OAV initially specialized in manufacturing machine components. However, in 2001, the company shifted its focus to the aerospace and defense industries, which ultimately led to securing its position within the precision-bearing industries and other high-sensitive applications. OAV's commitment to frictionless and high-speed precision motion applications resulted in the development of the Thrust Air Bearing and the OAV Roller Air Bearing. In 2013, OAV expanded its product line to include over 1000 frictionless bearing products and components, demonstrating its dedication to serving customers with the utmost quality.
Today, OAV is recognized as a leading manufacturer of advanced air-bearing technology and motion systems. Its vast experience with aerospace, military specifications, materials, and top engineers makes its products unmatched in the industry.
