Manufactured from premium aircraft-grade materials, the Dovetail-Series guide features a porous graphite air bearing surface that ensures uniform air distribution and optimal stiffness. The dual-carriage, vacuum-preloaded architecture maintains non-contact operation while increasing rigidity and moment load capacity, providing exceptional accuracy and eliminating stick-slip or mechanical wear.
Each carriage incorporates a factory-aligned motor and encoder, enabling synchronized or independent motion profiles within a single platform.
